PRN Home HealthCare LLC

Job Description

Deliver quality hands-on personal care services to the client as determined by the Plan of Care (POC) to enable clients to stay in their own homes throughout the recovery process.

Qualifications
 

For PCAs(Caregiver)/CNAs

Must have a caring heart and a yearning to help people in need.

Must enjoy working with and caring for clients in an honest, polite, and respectful manner.

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance under own name.

Must have a clear criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.

US work authorization(Required)

Valid CPR

VDH License/certification (if applicable) 

No experience necessary, but prior caregiving experience is preferred (have you cared for a family member or loved one?)

 Job Responsibilities For PCAs(Caregiver)/CNAs

 

Activities of daily living

Light housekeeping

Bathing

Grooming

Toileting

Nail care

Range of motion / exercises

Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

Oral feeding

Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

Assisting with ambulation

Medication reminders
